Anyone know why I have options greyed out beside the keyboard?

Try restarting your phone first — sometimes that fixes issues with the keyboard 
. Before that, check if there’s an update available for the keyboard app, as older versions can cause problems. If after restarting the options are still greyed out, report the issue through Samsung Members for further support.
