Routine sometimes doesn't work

Hi,

I have an S24, been using it for 2 months. I have a routine that states, if I'm connected to a specific WiFi network and I open the Facebook app, then the WiFi gets turned off.

(I need the routine because connecting to Facebook is blocked on the specific network.)

Sometimes the routine turns on, sometimes it doesn't turn on and I can't figure out why.  Also, sometimes when it's turned on, I can see at the top of the phone the wifi icon appearing and disappearing, as if it tries to connect to the wifi, then disconnects, then tries again... quite a few times in a row. Then I go and turn off wifi manually because it's easier...

Any suggestions on how to make the routine more reliable?
