I only got these to work for timer and for media or music playback

They don't work for Samsung health activities...not on my phone... maybe bcz I turned off Samsung health notifications?

I've not seen them for Samsung health either, not sure what it would be for. But I've seen it for charging, clock activities and video/music/audio recorder so far.

It looks like Samsung Health uses it for when you have a workout going for me at least. Samsung notes also has it if you start an audio recording in the app
