Is the notification bar quite laggy for anyone else?

Notification bar is real laggy when I have any more than about 3 notifications, stutters hard, even if I'm on 60hz the lag is very noticeable, a lot worse when 120hz is enabled of course. Is it just me?

I haven't noticed this issue on my device. Have you tried to reboot your phone? 

If that won't help, please report the issue via the Samsung Members app attaching log files .

Under accessibility go to visibility enhancements, and turn on reduce reduce transparency and blur....sorted!

I found this happens if you restore data from smart switch.

I tried this. I think it feels light now, gosh I hope it fixes this annoying problem.
