Google play system update not working stuck on July

Since being on the android 13 beta I haven't been able to update the Google play system. It's still on July. My other android devices are getting the updates but they are android 12. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

Update: Now on stable android 13 release and the Google play system update is still stuck on July.

Anyone else having this issue?

Is Samsung looking into this?

Just a post to let you know that UK S21 range users are reporting an update to November 2022 is now available: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s21-series/google-play-system-update/m-p/6682305/highligh... 

Unsure about the rollout to other devices or for other countries, but worth keeping a lookout for an update coming if you've not already got it.
