Galaxy watch 4 manager crashing

Not seeing any issue with my watch 4

I had to remove the wearable application completely, reset the watch and start from scratch to get it working again.
I tried many things previously but nothing worked.
If you don't mind the hassle of starting all over, it's the only thing that seems to work.

I did that too and it worked until the phone restarted...then the issue reappeared... basically don't ever turn off your phone since Samsung doesn't care about this bug

Ah I see. I don't think I've restarted my phone yet. We need to light a fire under Samsung's behind because it doesn't seem to be related to the beta since others who are not on the beta also have this issue and it's been a few days now.
I wish the would just acknowledge the issue and let us know they are working on a fix.

I already have and so have others. I've had no responses on my error reports. Yesterday I had to reset my watch twice because of this

This is exactly the same problem I'm facing. It's been many days. I tried to uninstall and re-install Galaxy Wearables app, which forces a factory reset on my watch. It works for a few hours or a day, but soon the Galaxy Watch 4 manager would stop working and start crashing again. I noticed that the last notification on my phone was "Emergency Contacts Merged" before it started crashing, not sure if that's the same case with people who've done factory reset here.

When will the app be fixed? Lots of reports from users with the same error and it's been over a week with this issue

Some people reported on the Samsung forum that it might be caused by using eSIMs
