Barclays APP

Everytime I log in my Barclays app and press my credit card where i need to make payments it makes my app crash everytime... anyone know a solution for this? Thx

Not a solution for the app but I'm having to use the website on the current beta 2. At least the app loads, on previous phone betas (s8, s10 plus) the banking apps were always hit and miss due to betas not being approved for security.

I have the same problem. Can see my balance as soon as I go to make payments the app closes.
Have you got any other apps that do that?

Gonna try straight on the browser from the phone I think should work like that.

It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems.

Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the affected app (or reinstall it if necessary). Also check if any application updates are available.

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.

I also have this problem with the Barclays app. A reinstall didn't solve the issue so I reported it.
