ODR Samsung watch 8 error SN 15 number requested error, but SN is on 11 digit

I try to do the ODR for the Watch 8

The SN resquested is between 11 and 15 digit, the SN are 11 digit ok, bute the web site do error, youiy need to have a 15 SN digit..

So we can't do the request ODR.

I noticed the same thing recently on a post that came out and actually to get the places where there were 15 numbers it's next to IMEI
Not the 1 and 2. M1is weird because for me it seems that I had selected something else during my ODR
