Ik heb een simkaart gekocht in het buitenland (Colombia) voor mijn Samsung J3 (2017) maar blijkbaar is de sim geblokkeerd. Telefoon is wel sim lock vrij gekocht bij de BCC in Nederland. Heb in NL 2 verschillende Nederlandse providers gebruikt zonder problemen. Denk regio lock dan? Maar heb er wel in NL al mee gebeld langer dan 5 min. Wil hem graag hier zsm gebruiken. Wat kan ik het beste Doen?

Dan lijkt het mij inderdaad een regiolock. Kun je jouw contactgevens via een privebericht sturen, en daarbij het IMEI+serienummer en een kopie van de aankoopbon?
Dan kan ik een aanvraag indienen voor een unlock code.

I just read your reply to a thread on the forum, about a region locked phone. I have the same problem. I am travelling in Australia at the moment and can't use a vodafone pre-paid sim that I picked up.
Could you also help me unlock the phone?
