A53 5g unable to connect to mobile network: only via wifi

This happened after connecting the phone to ms Windows. SIM card is ok (tested in another phone). The "phone connected to wifi" is shown, If i turn off the wifi, there is no connection at all with networks.

Any idea's

have you rebooted?

Try to restart in safe mode.

Turn airplane mode on
Wait 10 sec
Then turn off airplane mode
Then shutdown the phone
Wait 20 sec before rebooting the phone
