Good morning,
I am contacting you on behalf of Mediamarkt after-sales service.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52S 5G on 09/22/2021.
A little over a year after purchase, I suffered a loss of mobile network.
1) 1st round of after-sales service on 8/11/2022--> conclusion: replacement of the motherboard and charging connector.
Phone recovered, RAS, very happy.
2) 2nd round of after-sales service on 05/13/2023 for EXACTLY the same problem...: conclusion, replacement of the motherboard and charging connector.
Recovery of the phone, but skeptical about the recurrence of the problem, I asked during my second visit, if it was not possible to change the phone rather than make a repair, because in my opinion if the problem returns despite changing an important part like the motherboard, there must be another problem...
3) Since yesterday evening (1/12/23), the problem of loss of mobile network has returned. Visited the after-sales service this morning to tell me that there is nothing we can do, because it is out of warranty (luckily, my phone has been out of warranty for +-1.5 months, extending the repair days) and to see with you.
So, in 2 years, I have had the same problem recurring 3 times on my phone. I had to find an emergency phone again, because I am on call at the hospital.
Currently, I strongly doubt that a 3rd repair will be permanent this time and in my opinion, the phone must have had this defect since purchase with a random appearance of the problem.
Media markt's after-sales service directs me to the person handling complaints there but no response since 1/12/2023.
So I'm trying my luck with Samsung as Mediamarkt advised me

Dear Ajay,
Samsung has decided not to cover the repair for my 3rd case of the same problem. So I decided to repair my phone myself. It turns out that it cost me 7 euros and 5 minutes of work, to replace only the connecting cable between the motherboard and the charging port board.

My phone is like the first day: PERFECTLY functional.
I wonder about my 2 previous after-sales service where they replaced the motherboard and where I was asked for 370 euros for the repair during my 3rd after-sales service....
I will think twice when I next buy a phone in a few years. Hoping that Samsung will make efforts on the warranty as it did on the software monitoring for the S24.

Were these repairs conducted by the repair service of Mediamarkt or by Samsung's repair service?
When a repair is conducted by a third party besides Samsung the warrenty always disapears. I think your best option is to send it on for repair to Samsung > https://bit.ly/2jwV3SJ
Explain that the device already has been repaired a few times by a third party and explain your problems in detail. Unfortunately this will cost money.
Another option would be to go for a new phone. I would strongly advice that if you ever run into any problems again that you use Samsung's Repair service.

Thank you for your reply.
I go through the Mediamarkt after-sales service which is the intermediary with the Samsung repair center. Each time the phone is sent to the Netherlands for repair with the 3 month warranty on the repair.
As explained, I have doubts that a 3rd repair will resolve the problem definitively. In my opinion, the phone has always had a problem. I always treat my phones very well and keep them for at least 5-6 years.
During the 2nd breakdown, I asked to exchange the phone for another of the same model, it was no longer available at that time so this was refused.

Mediamarkt asked me to come back on Thursday 4/01 and they sent the phone back hoping for support for the 3rd time.

If you are on the webversion you can click on the top right on your profile > Private messages > And search for Ajay his user ID.
From the Members app you can do the same, click on your profile picture and than click on Direct message.
