Samsung cate team is not providing support via neither WhatsApp, nor FB messenger
They are simply stopped replying instead of fixing an issue with their website
It's a bit disappointing, taken into account that latest upgrade made phone unstable, as well as inability to make an appointment with the care center, which works only during business hours
Worse ever experience since 2010, which most probably will make me to change the phone brand 😞
