S9 Veilige map vergendeld ivm onbevoegde software

Ik krijg ineens een melding dan de Veilige map is vergrendeld met de mededeling:

Onbevoegde software is op uw telefoon geïnstalleerd. Veilige map is vergrendeld om onbevoegde toegang te voorkomen.

Ik heb gisteren de aangeboden update geïnstalleerd en voor zover ik weet nooit onbevoegde software. Zeker niet na de laatste keer dat ik de Veilige map had geopend.

Hoe weet ik of en welke "onbevoegde software" op mijn S9 is geïnstalleerd? En hoe verwijder ik die zodat ik weer toegang krijg tot mijn Veilige map?

Kun je eens kijken of dit alleen bij de veilige map gebeurt, of ook bij bijvoorbeeld Samsung Pass?

En kun je aangeven wat er staat onder Instellingen >> Info telefoon >> Status >> Telefoonstatus.

Even van google gehaald aangezien dat een hoop typen scheelt.

To wipe the cache partition:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition”.
5. Press Power button to select.
6. Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.
7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
8. Press the Power key to restart the device

Ik denk dat dit kan werken.
