Problem with my moms galaxy s20 5g

If my mom calls on her galaxy phone it sometimes sounds wierd like you are calling with a voice changer (im talking about by the camera loudspeaker) i had this problem aswel with my older phone but i just bought a new one because the old one was outdated and broken 
And a new phone repair is to expensive in my neighborhood and i can fix phones aswel but its expensive to buy the products that i need to fix it with .... does anyone or anybody now whats the ear speaker broken sound problem pls let me know thanks

Please go to settings > general management > reset and reset the networksettings. Does this help ?

We cannot reset the device and its a problem with the ear speaker we cannot reset cause everything is on it and we have no time to buy a new one

Resetting the network settings does not reset the whole device, just the network settings.

No we don't have a phone repair or 3000euros for a stupid phone that will last 1year and dies cause of how old the phone is

I dont think its dead, resetting the network settings could offer a solution. Also resetting the phone app itself could do something possibly. But if you dont want to try steps in troubleshooting it becomes impossible to help. Than sending it in for repair is the only option.
