Camera Problems, Galaxy S21Ultra

Hello, can somebody tell me how to fix this issue with my camera...

When I'm at "1x" and - normal zoom and 2x - my camera is blurry..

And on 0.6x and 3x and up everything is Allright...

On video on 1x is again blurry...

Sometimes it's getting better from itself...but most of the times is blurry..and I can make good pictures only at 0.6x and 3x..

Can somebody help

What I have to do ?

Hi @hokeis7a,

That sounds like the main sensor isn't working properly. Have you tried opening the Samsung Members app, and under Diagnosis, testing the camera itself?

Nope, but I've tried to shake the phone...and it's getting clear now...I'll try to see if with this I can fix it

Same problem here, 0.6 no problem, switching to 1x, same for video, center focus is blurry, the whole screen then shows, blur spots, focus became terrible

I have the same issue. I spoke to some repair shops and they discouraged me from repairing it, saying that it was a hardware problem that all galaxy s21 ultra camera modules will eventually have, and even changing the camera module won't make a difference because it's a hardware production proble

What works for me is smacking the camera part on my palm at least once. Same effect as shaking probably.

Since it can still focus, most likely a software issue and Samsung must fix this. Shame on Samsung.

Also the S21 uses the same technoly for the lens in the camera. When your phone has issues with the focus, the element is probaly stuck. With a little shake or a carefull tap will losen the element, so your phone can focus again 😇 THis can't be resolved due a software update.
