Los problemas reportados del táctil del Samsung S20 FE 5G,  que vemos en reddit y en comunidad Samsung de otros países, ¿han descubierto cómo corregirlos?, ¿afecta a este modelo en todo el mundo?, ¿es corregible con software o afecta al hardware?. Gracias Samsung España

Si se reporta de manera generalizada entre los usuarios un error de táctil, Samsung hará lo posible por lanzar cuanto antes un parche o actualización que lo solucione. ¿Podrias darnos mas detalles sobre el problema en cuestión?

Samsung es consciente de que esto puede ocurrid debido a un mal funcionamiento de software y este problema ya está resuelto con el último software del dispositivo. En consecuencia, es necesario actualizar el software del dispositivo a la última versión siguiendo esta ruta: Ajustes> Actualización de software> Descargar e instalar.

Desde Samsung animamos a los usuarios a mantener su software y aplicaciones actualizados a la última versión.

Galaxy S20 FE touchscreen issues come to light as more users complain

Samsung’s new Galaxy S20 FE  budget flagship might be the recipe to success  in the current economic climate. It offers more value for money than many of its rivals in the same price range and it ships with many flagship features for a non-flagship price. However, the Galaxy S20 FE is not flawless and complaints regarding the accuracy of the touchscreen are now cropping up on the web.

We recently stumbled across an annoying issue pertaining to the Galaxy S20 FE touchscreen, wherein the beautiful 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display either becomes unresponsive or reads inputs erroneously, sometimes leading to jittery scrolling animations. Touch responsiveness is sometimes erratic but it took some time for the problem to become visible because it often fixes itself at random and it’s easy to mistake it for a palm rejection glitch. But in more recent worst of cases, we were required to reboot the phone in order to get the touchscreen working properly again.

It’s also worth noting that only one of our two Galaxy S20 FE units has had this issue so far. This might be both good and bad news. It’s good because it doesn’t affect every user, obviously, but it’s potentially bad because it might hint at a hardware issue with some batches.

There’s no known temporary fix yet

It turns out that we’re not the only Galaxy S20 FE users to have experienced these issues. A few other owners have recently described similar problems on Reddit  and the Samsung Community forums , but we’re not sure how widespread the issue is or if it can be fixed through a future firmware update.

Lo tengo desde ayer y esta mañana me di cuenta que no va en la altura de los botones de volumen, por todo el horizontal de lado al lado, no respondia al tocar,después de reiniciar ha vuelto a funcionar. Espero que es de software y no problema del panel

puede ser ,no digo q sea,la batería,se calienta,y no funciona o funciona mal la pantalla,
a mí me pasa en mi Samsung.

Por lo que te recomiendo que actualizaces el software del dispositivo a la última versión (Ajustes> Actualización de software> Descargar e instalar)

Es lo primero que hice,actualizar lo ayer, después de configurar lo. Y tampoco es de estar caliente la batería,era nada mas despertar me y encender la pantalla.

Claro,en el dia 16 nada mas recibir lo, después de encender lo y configurar,lo siguiente que hice es actualizar lo.En la mañana siguiente es cuando me falló el táctil,pero después de reiniciar,no me ha vuelto a fallar. Espero que el problema es de software y no de hardware.
