WiFi not working

Hi. My husband has the galaxy s8. Today his WiFi has become completely unworkable. As soon as you toggle it to on it immediately turns off so you can't even access any of the WiFi information to try and reset it. It just will not turn on at all. I have tried a few things. Soft reset, safe mode thing and even resorted to completely resetting it and nothing has helped. He hasn't got alot of data so this is really inconvenient. I hope some wonderful person will be able to help me. Many thanks, Sarah

change the IP address last number say the last number is 1.2 change it to 1.3

yeah change the IP address it's not hard to do if you have a PC or laptop tablet that kind of thing then if you want further help go on you tube it will show you how step by step

Whenever any of our familiar phones have wifi problems Members_2rkrBkb I always reset our router by switching it off at the mains for a few minutes and then knocking it on again and when our phones link up to it again whatever issue there was before is always wiped. Hope you get your problem solved quickly. 👍👍
