The S10Plus is a great mobile.

I recently upgraded to the S24ULTRA which is larger and heavier.

I still have my S10Plus as a back up.

I waited for five years for a upgrade and was tempted after getting the S24ULTRA 1TB for £1000 on offer

Take a look at the specs between the two phone's ,and look at YouTube reviews. 

Take into account a phone is supported for a limited amount of time in regards to major software updates ,and security updates @da9kl

I have the A32 5G as a work phone and an S23+ that I bought myself. The A32 is really good for what it costs. It has a nice LCD screen and good enough features for what I use it for, including long battery life. Compared to S series it is missing some important features for me to use it as my personal phone. No wireless charging, no water resistance, it is only entry / mid range so performance is not great but it isn't as bad as you might think. The 5G modem is pretty good, so I got better connectivity on it that my previous non 5G S20. I guess I'm not answering your question but pick based on what you need most.
