As many have previously said "I HATE THE BATTERY ICON FOR UI 7". Many have said its hard to read and looks tacky, I agree.
Why can't we have two options for it in settings?

Go to Samsung Members, click on Support them Feedback and leave your thoughts there for the developers.

I complained about this during beta, I hate it too. 😂
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

You are not alone three Samsung users at work in their 50,s don't like it either, and there's threads on Samsung websites complaining about it.
Doesn't seem to be liked by the older generation that wear glasses.
