My phone has a problem where I receive or make calls and the recipient cannot hear me but I can hear them. When I hang up and call back, everything is okay. The problem is intermittent but very irritating.

can anyone help?

Has this just started happening @Stevie1908 or have you performed any software update recently.

If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.

You could try a network reset under Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections.

There us also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Also a hard reboot may help > https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-force-reboot-your-samsung-galaxy-smartphone...

The next step is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thank you for the repair solutions. I have reset the network connections and that seems to have resolved the issue.
