hi i have Samsung galaxy j4 mobile. It was working good but now from some days i am having problem of mobile shutdown after working for few hours. should i repair it or first consult with Samsung customer support. I have my important date in my mobile and i dont want to loose it if it get shutdown for always.
Hi, the samsung j4 is almost 6 years old, so you may experience some faults with it, i highly recommend you to backup your data to a samsung/google account so you dont lose your data.
Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
