Secure Folder Pin

Hi, I used to be able to access my secure folder by using fingerprint but woke up this morning and it is now asking for a PIN which I hadn't setup. When I enter a PIN number it tells me to wait for 2 minutes, 5 minutes etc etc but there isn't anyway to reset the PIN. So unable to access my secure folder. Any help really appreciated:)

Did you try the steps in the link provided by @xSteveuk? Usually, when you set up a fingerprint for your Lock Screen, you have an alternative unlock method such as using a PIN or password. Try using the PIN/password that you would use for your Lock Screen to see if you're able to get into the Secure Folder.

There is a message in my secure folder saying requires pin after restart but there's no forgotten pin reminder option. What pin would this be?
