Secure folder

I need help I can no longer get into my secure folder I have EXTREMELY important videos and memories in there if u have any way how I could get support IT would be greatly appreciated

What do you mean cant access?

If youve forgetting the pin theres not much you can do.... if its extremely important than the pin should be kept as such

If you enabled "allow reset with samsung account" when you set it up, get the code wrong, press forgot code at the bottom. If you never enabled that option, I don't think there's any way to unlock it

If you have forgotten your Secure Folder password, you can reset it by confirming the Samsung Account you used to set it up. Open Secure Folder on your device. Tap FORGOT PASSWORD. On the next screen, login with your Samsung Account

Well you need to clarify what you mean by can't get in, if you forgot the password you can simply reset it, but if you never enabled the option to allow reset with Samsung account then I'm sorry but it's gone forever.
