No response? I am having this issue - I think it is because of the optimised battery saving setting that keeps resetting it to 30 seconds. Honestly Samsung software is *****. Very dissapointed that a company this large and successful cannot get their act together. Also cannot get my ***** screen to stop going to black screen when I am on a call - this is the BASICS Samsung! TBH I probably wont get another Samsung because they have a bad product and are unhelpful.
There is a solution for S9s but not for S8 as far as I can see. I'm getting an S21 in a few days but I would still like to think there was a solution. Btw it's nothing to do with battery mode - I tried max power setting but no joy. I'm wondering if it has to do with programmed Do Not Disturb
