Hi Guys,
My note 4 refuses to turn on.
When I eventually get it on its flashing with the samsung logo.
I've tried all sorts when googling it.
Now its saying downloading....
Do not turn off target !!!
The top left hand corner there are red, white, grey, blue writing.
I can't figure out what it says either.
The phone is fully charged.
Any ideas on how to resolve this before taking it to a phone clinic ???

Relax. Connect the device to the charger. Get yourself a coffee. Turn on the TV. Forget about the note 4 for today. Whatever it does, and it looks like it's downloading an update, which might take a bit longer than usual due to Samsung's servers currently being quite busy.
Or, if you're sure that this cannot be correct that the note4 is loading an update, and if it may well be that somebody ( a child perhaps ? ) pressed some keys and set the device unwillingly into the maintenance mode, then you can force a restart ba simultaneously long pressing the Power and Volume down buttons.
Here something to read before you act :

It's been downloading since early this morning & doesn't seem to be doing anything.
It does look like the screen is 'stuck' !!

Well, you're in the ODIN mode. Whether you wanted that or not, that's the best I could find :

If need be bring the device to a Samsung Service Center, they should be able to completely reinstall it.
