Samsung account processing failed

Since I changed the mail address of my samsung account i keep getting messages that i have to login on my samsung account on my s8.

When i login i instantly get the message: processing failed

 

I have checked of the information i proved i correct. since i can login everywhere except my phone, no problem here.

- Updated my phone and apps, everything is up to date.

- Accepted the changed Terms of Conditions.

- Changed my password.

- Enabled two way security

- Took it out of the case

- tried to just disable the message, but i'm not allowed to disable the message...

WHAT...  THE.. *****?? i'm not allowed to disable message on my own phone.

Like being unable to delete facebook from my phone isn't bad enough.

 

At this point im really annoyed and would like to disable the messages.

Can someone please help me?

Ofcourse this problem occured for weeks.

And today after i gave up and posted here, i was magically able to login the account.

 

The message are gone now.

i think its bad design that i have to login, but okay problem solved for now.

Hi,

I have the same issue with my S8. Its driving me mad..... done all the change password stuff and its still the same.  arhhhh!

Can u please help I had a s7 edge but now got a41 Samsung but can't send messages on either phones please help before I smash both up I can receive but not send
