@David1955: Do you have a case or cover on the phone that might be obscuring the front facing camera? If not, head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data, then restart your A20e. If the issue persists, run a hardware test by opening the Phone app and dialing *#0*# into the keypad. Select Front Cam, and check to see if the screen remains black. If it does, reach out to our Help Desk via the link below to arrange for the device to be inspected by one of our engineers.
