S8+ and smart watch 5

Im trying to connect my S8+ and smart watch 5 (My 23 Ultra has a smashed screen)

Gets to about 18% and comes up with a pairing error.

I've tried a fresh install as well as transfer. Installed + reinstalled Wearable App

Dont know how im going to get through the next 10 day until my Ultra is back!!

Anyone able to give me some pointers please
