S4 Mini- E mail

Can't get E Mail connection, even at home next to a powerful Router.

Any ideas for correction?

fo you have mobile data turned on and can you see the router in your phone WiFi connections?

I also think you should upgrade to a new Galaxy phone

I have not got "Mobile Data" turned on, but I would have thought I could get e mails via WIFi Router, yes?

Also why get a new phone this one works?

Do you get any error messages? Who is your email provider?

The new phones dont really have this problem my nan had the S4 and I upgraded her to a new A10 and she is happy

Did not get a correct answer!

With luck found it myself.

BT Mail had changed the Server Settings, corrected these & now it works
