How do I drop back to android 9 from android 10 please

you'll have to Google for a previous f/w package and install it. however remember this may affect your warranty

Is there something you don't like or is something misbehaving on your phone after updating ?

You'll have to use a Custom rom as you cannot revert via any settings on the phone itself.

It won't affect the your manufacturer warranty but if it goes wrong Samsung would probably levy a cost to resolve

hi thanks for all the info. I was trying download a app for my endoscope and was told it only works on android 9. but I've decided not to down grade from 10 as it's not worth it just for a app to work.

You could contact the developer of the app to enquire on an update or even just to let them know of the bug.
