Voicemail is a carrier led service not a Samsung one.
If you've deleted the voicemail I believe it is gone forever I'm afraid.
You could try reaching out to your network just in case but I don't hold out much hope.

Hi @55Ace55 Welcome to the Samsung community. The voicemails are not stored on the phone as indicated. As far as I am aware it would not be possible for your Network to retrieve them once deleted or beyond retention period as the Networks do not retain them on their servers.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

@55Ace55 if a Voicemail has been deleted then as they are kept on the networks servers it'll be gone.
Please do however feel free to check with your Network's Customer Services.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
