Not sure what topic to put this under. I sent my phone for repair in June, was charged too much for repair so kindly declined and asked for it back. They replied on 21st June saying it will be with me in 3-4 days and dpd will contact me on the day. Nothing since! Tracking on the repair shows the engineer has it, samsung chat person said to contact dpd who low and beholder have never collected it! What do I so please? They've literally lost my phone!!

If tracking says its still at service centre and also DPD confirm they've not collected then its not lost as its still not been dispatched?

Either call the service centre directly or call Samsung Support and they'll call Service Centre for you.

If it lost though, Samsung will investigate and follow a lost phone process.

Samsung are just telling me to take it up with dpd, even though they've not once said they've collected it. How can i contact the service centre please as the samsung support haven't been helpful at all and it's extremely frustrating and stressful, I just want my phone back

Did you get an email with the quote for repair? Should have some contact details there

If not, I'd just call Samsung they'll give you the number or will call them on your behalf.

They are investigating, not been given any sort of time frame or anything. The phone was bought, not a contract so really disappointed as it wasn't cheap and I wanted to give it to my daughter for her birthday in August, really hoping they find it by then
