Phone turned off randomly and will not come back on.

This morning i took my phone off of the charge and was using it for a while when it suddenly just shut off. I put it on charge for a while and attempted to normally reset it. When that didnt work I preformed a hard reset and the phone vibrated but also did not turn on. Can anyone help please?

Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until the phone restarts.

Have you tried another cable and plug? This is normally the reason.

If still nothing, I would say contact customer support.
