One ui 7 bug

This bug keeps on appearing on my running apps section, its really annoying

Is it just me experiencing this bug?

I am using a M series phone

I did notice that in the list of posts, there is a video, but not in the actual post. Can you try describing it or maybe creating a new post?

In the running apps section there is a visual bug where the screens of the app do not move but still work so it just stays still
