Hi and Welcome.

Wifi is as good as how good of a range your router has.

Either consider upgrading your router or investing in a wifi extender.

Some of the the newer wifi providers have mesh routers.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Consider getting a router extender—personally, I'd suggest a powerline extender (if your house is on one circuit). Helps with thicker walls

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

You'll need to reach out to your home broadband provider to see what options you have.

Alternatively you can buy extenders which extends your range by adding extra connections on each floor. Basically your router sends signal to the first extender that extends the signal to more parts of your home.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

It can depend on your Home environment ,certainly can be issues with thicker walls. I would reach out to your Broadband provider first to see what they can offer. Seems you will need extenders/Boosters though.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

You might have to use an WiFi boosters if you have poor connection upstairs. If you have Virgin Media they can supply them if you suffer poor signal throughout your home.
