I ordered a Galaxy Ace 4 from a UK seller and the CSC is NRJ

I think that's a French CSC code
Certainly not UK

Not sure why you don't have an EUX device (Europe) so makes me think it may be network locked???

Also I only buy either direct from Samsung or reputed known Companies like curry's, Argos, etc .
It's just not worth the trouble even if it's cheaper.

Having said that if everything else checks out OK you might be good or just for a refund if in doubt or within the refund period.

Some resellers deal in Grey Imports which this sounds to be one. 

Are you experiencing any issues 🤔 or just curious why the csc is different. 

All taken into account your phone should be OK and recieve updates,  however your just reliant on the country of origin pushing out the updates. 

If this is a deal-breaker then speak with the merchant.
