How to get Call credits?

When ever I try to call someone it's says Need call credits I looked through videos but nothing please give mme instructions to get call credits

The only thing I can think of is when you use a pay as you sim and top up your phone, but I think that sort of thing finished ages ago. 🤔

What phone do you have? What network plan / tariff do you have? Are you on contract or PAYG. Find the number for your network provider and ring them.
