I restarted my phone to try and fix some lag that was happening but the phone restarted and then before it could finish it flashed the message in the picture below and restarted again. This kept on happening until it died. soft resets don't fix it and recovery mode does not work.

Dear Samsung,
I've noticed a recurring issue in many Samsung models, including mine, where the device enters a constant restart loop. Approximately a month ago, my device was stuck in this loop for nearly two days before it finally reached the home screen. However, every time I connect to WiFi or switch off due to battery drain, it reverts back to the restart loop.
I had hoped that a software update would resolve this, but after updating today, the issue persists. The device returned to the restart loop and it's uncertain when it will exit this cycle.
I've observed that this issue is prevalent across various Samsung smartphone models, not just mine.
Please could you investigate a permanent solution for this problem and provide guidance?

I had almost the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy 32A 5G a while back, i got whitescreen of death after a update failed. I managed to fix it with Smart Switch.
However, now my sisters phone, wich is the same model, have just this problem. Just constent reboot loop. And it is so quick that the samsung logo never shows, it is only a black screen. But when connected to the computer, it is reconized by the computer for a second, then it disconnects agian. And it keeps doing this in what sems to intervals of 20 seconds. So there is no time to use Smart switch or Odin, and I cannot hard reset or boot it in safe mode.
I'll do what is suggested and let it be charged and keep booting until, if lucky, it will actually boot up normaly again.
It must be a firmware issue, sens it happend after an "optimazation reboot". I do not think any hardware is damaged. If it boots up, there is atleast a change to make a backup of the phone, and factory reset or force latest firmware update to it.
