Oh dear, @A313, that doesn't look good! Not to worry though, it'll be very fixable! Have you dropped your A31 at all? Have you had a go at performing a soft reset by pressing and holding your Side and Volume Down keys together? Doing this doesn't erase any data. Can you hear any notification sounds coming from your phone to indicate it's working as expected aside from the display issue?

Yes, it turns on, but when I turn it off, it does not respond again. I updated it to Android 12. This happened after he fell from 30 centimeters. (Have you had a go at performing a soft reset by pressing and holding your Side and Volume Down keys together?) - i do this every time it shuts down... Sometimes help press on the frame of the screen.
