Haven't received the one ui 6 update!

Hi, I haven't received the one ui 6 update yet and I tried the support but they were no help I got this phone from a different country and I moved to the UK. So is that the reason why I am not getting the update?

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your phone using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.
