@ram1431: Are you able to clarify the exact wording of the error/notification you're seeing when you attempt to add your cards to Google Pay?
In the meantime, please check the Google Play Store for any available updates for the Google Pay/Google Wallet app, ensure that the card has not expired, and that you're entering the correct details.

The steps involved will be applicable to your S24 Ultra, so I'd recommend going through these to see if this helps with your problem.

Thank you for trying that. At this stage, I'd suggest contacting the app developers directly to report your issue.
To do this, head to the Google Play Store > Search for Google Wallet and select it > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Select "App support". From here, you will be able to report your issue. Please also keep checking for any app updates, as these may solve the problem.
