Galaxy Phones with Region Lock?

I just purchased a Galaxy phone from Europe and I actually made an outgoing call for 8 minutes using my own country's SIM card. 

My question is, what would happen if I select the RESET option? 

Will I have to make another 5-to-8-minute call again in order for the Region Lock to be lifted?

Should be good to go even after a reset.

Once the Region Lock has been fully removed then the phone will remain as so even after a Factory Reset.

so if I do a factory reset in ghana on a s10plus will the regional lock be removed
