Galaxy M32 Non-responsive screen after OneUI 4.1 update

Anyone else had this problem?
 

After the latest One UI 4.1 update on Android 12 the screen on my phone does not respond to inputs. Screen can be turned on using power button but no swiping inputs respond and screen times out and turns off.

 
Using power and volume down buttons is only way to get screen to respond after forcing a soft restart.
 
I happens every morning after phone has not been used for 7-8 hours and happens randomly throughout the day. 
 
In an emergency having to restart your phone before calling for help can cause loss of life please Samsung look into this as a matter of urgency yes I have sent multiple error reports and logs.

This thing had started just after updating to 12.

It sometimes happens only at night and sometimes 10 times a day. I wrote to Samsung Members but they suggest the things we have already done. Finally, I turned off the "Appear on top" feature of each app.

Did it work? Does turning off the "Appear on Top" feature change anything?

Everyday I am testing different options to identity the bug, Trail & Error... one day by keeping phone in Flight mode, another day with auto Brightness On & off, then with power saving on & off, anothe day by turning off Wifi and Alarm, had no luck till now... Currently I am keeping my phone to Auto restart exactly 5 mins before the Alarm goes off, Its really irritating in the morning when the alarm starts buzzing and you are unable to off it because the screen is not responding... Waking up to this everyday is really spoiling the mood every morning.

I am sorry but "Appear on top" method doesn't work. It is unresponsive again.

I wrote to Samsung Members many times and suggest you all to do that.

I have the exact same issue after i update my device two days back, fir its very frequent even if i am not using device for few mins and the unlocking screen freezes and should restart to make ut work. device is Samsung M32 4g. Its the Worst mobile ever i have used way too many issues.

I wish Samsung looks into this and responds immediately, it has been almost 3 months... It is really affecting the Service Quality and Brand perception of Samsung, All we are asking for is the bare minimum adequate service that a smartphone provides, not to force restart 4-6 times a day, is that too much for Samsung to provide?? because if it is, please let us know so that we can switch to MI, It is actually offering value services to customers better than this.

Make sure to send error reports and start sharing your experience on Twitter, Facebook etc as they might act a bit quicker if there's more people complaining on other sites rather than their support forums.

I have had to restart twice this week no idea what brought it back for me

I really don't wanna go to service center samsung has the worst customer service tbh.

I am planing to buy a new phone and throw this one and never go for a samsung product again in my life.

I have the same version after i updated my phone couple of days back and since then i have this issue.

So many ppl are facing it, yet samsung is not doing anything. This community threads don't reach samsung?

 

I went to service center yesterday, samsung has the worst service i know now they said they updated display drivers and issue should not come but it came very next day.

Now it has become my daily routine to check for phone for software updates/patches in settings at least 3-5 times a day followed by checking this community chat for a solution again and again... 

Very Disappointed by SAMSUNG...
