My smartphone just installed the latest UI update last night, now the phone is useless.
Its either stuck in a bootloop or just unresponsive to any input. I once got a error message at startup sayin something like "there is an error with this software version preventing to boot, try to search for a different software release or contact the service center"
Is there any chance to fix this ***** by flashing an older version manually?

Hi @Hansi Hackepeter and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
You could try > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-galaxy-smartphone-has-frozen-how-do-i-restart-i...
There is also a Hard Reset which is explained here > https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-m23/ , however be aware one of the process has the possibility to also wipe the phone of your data like a factory reset does.
I certainly wouldn't suggest ' flashing the phone ' because if this is performed and causes further issues Samsung may levy a fee to correct this.
Best to use a Samsung Service Centre > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
