Galaxy A20s Discover app upgrade failed

The upgrade downloading has been running on my  notifications tab for days.

Hey @Teejnation-01! Is this a third party app? If so, where did you download it from? Try doing a Soft Reset of your phone by holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds and see if it helps.

I don't think this is a third party app. I started seeing it trying to upgrade after I installed Android 10.

Go to: Settings > Apps > Discover app > Force close. Afterwards, head to: Settings > Apps > Discover app > Storage > Clear data and restart the phone. Is the app behaving normally now?
