i have an a10s model m/ds and i want to replace its firmware with one from a10s model f/ds.

taking in consideration that the only differences from both devices are the supported frequency bands (since m/ds is for latin america and f/ds is a international model), flashing a f/ds firmware will brick the device?

any help is useful

thanks!

Hi its been a decade since my Cooked ROM days, but best make sure it is exact as it probably won't brick (or might).,.especially if it's your daily device.

Resist the temptation to get a newer build, I found ROM flashing addictive.

Personally I'd advise to leave the phone with it's own firmware @Guilherme Hoffmann

If the phone becomes unstable or worse then Samsung would charge to put things right.

However you decide to proceed I wish you all the best.
