Disable suggested apps on app toggle screen

How do I disable this feature? It's seemingly just a bunch of random apps, neither most recent or most used. It's just kind of annoying.

@Bwleger: You can disable this feature by going to Recent Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Suggested Apps > Swipe the switch to the left so it greys out and disables. Hope this helps.
