Have a S4 Mini, it's low on available memery, 700Mb left.
Have tried to "Uninstall" a couple of programs I do not use, Dropbox/Chat On, but no programs are available to "Uninstall" I just get message that I can "Disable" but not "Uninstall".
So the question is, if I "Disable" programs will this increase available free memory?
Or is ther another way of increasing the free memory?

Similar problem on A3 2017 phone memory is full of pointless samsung/google/MS apps I cant uninstall and cant move to SD. I'm now getting message 'make room' but that's not possible any more. SVoice has stopped and can not update TTS 'No space' (may be a different issue?). Disabling apps does not make space in internal memory.
Also with some apps when they are updated they are put back in phone memory again and block all the space needed.
Why aren't all apps made movable, and then made to stay in SD on update?
Also can not stop WhatsApp always using internal storage for media - have to keep clearing it out to SD.
Simple question ... why cant A3 memory be upgraded as a paid-for service option? Samsung phone obsolete in 3 years?
