Hello I get the phone from a deceased member of my family, a samsung galaxy note 5, 
the phone was reset and I needed his google account and password to access the phone,
unfortunately I do not I don't have it but I have a personal google address, can you help me please.

This would be a Google issue and is not related to Samsung. And what I see looks like they will Not give passwords from accounts under any circumstance even in a horrible situation like this.

I'm sorry for your loss @gagathe 

 

The Security protection is there for a reason to stop unauthorised access.

 

You could try speaking to Google as intimated by @Je655  but you may run into Data Protection Protocols I'm afraid.
