Couldn't authenticate connection

Hi, our family have just gotten a new wifi router a few months ago an it will only say "couldn't authenticate connection" on my phone and saying it's the wrong password. I've tried everything including resetting network settings, changing the Mac address and much more. Is there a fix to this? (I have a 2019 a20e as we can't afford a different one currently)

You might need to speak with your provider who you have your WiFi through and see if you can send a engineer if you can't get it sorted for them to check everything out.

Do a soft reset of your network.... reboot, then log back into the network

If there is a problem then it will do the same or doing the above will fix the problem.
